These terms apply during the Founding Educator Beta. Please read them carefully, and contact us if you have questions.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using IEPath Navigator during the beta, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy & Security practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
IEPath Navigator is a drafting and review assistant for special education professionals. It is not a replacement for your district's IEP system, legal advice, or professional judgment.
You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way consistent with FERPA, your district's policies, and applicable state and federal special education requirements.
Educator responsibility and AI output
AI-generated drafts are starting points only. A qualified educator must review, edit, and approve every suggestion before it is used in any official IEP, meeting, or student record.
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of any final content you produce or share using the service.
Account and access
Beta access is granted at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violations of these terms, or activity that risks student data or service integrity.
Beta limitations
The service is in active beta. Features, retention, availability, and pricing may change. We do not guarantee uptime or that any particular feature will remain unchanged.
Data handling
We store submissions as needed to operate the service and improve quality during the beta. We do not sell data, run advertising, or use inputs to train public AI models. See our Privacy & Security page for more.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
