IEPath Navigator was created by Jenny Thompson, M.Ed., a special educator with nearly 30 years of experience supporting students, families, and teams across all IDEA disability categories.
She has written, reviewed, and facilitated hundreds of IEPs and understands the practical pressures districts face: rising caseloads, limited planning time, compliance expectations, and the need to communicate clearly with families.
